Organizer
Experience: Entry level
Change Corps Organizers go through a year-long, three-step program to get the hands-on experience and training in how to organize people win positive social change — from building coalitions and speaking at press conferences, to collecting petitions, to developing volunteer leaders, to directing a canvass office.

Lead Organizer
Experience: 1-2 years
Our Lead Organizer runs our field campaigns and is ready to go where the fight is, from advocating for background checks and safer gun laws that save lives, to lifting up congressional candidates who support women’s health. We’re looking for a dynamic leader and organizer who will take our training program to the next level by running a campaign in the field and directing a team of 1-2 other organizers.

Assistant Organizing Director
Experience: 2-4 years
As Assistant Organizing Director, you’ll oversee six to 10 community organizers, while planning and implementing three to five strategic campaigns per year. If you’re an experienced organizer and manager who is ready to manage a team of high-potential organizers-in-training, this is the right position for you.

Associate Director
Experience: 5-8 years
Change Corps is hiring an experienced fundraiser and external relations director as the new Associate Director. The Associate Director will spearhead the development and grant efforts in a fast-growing organization, and train and develop staff on fundraising, event planning, foundations and relationship building with donors.
